5. Transferts hors de l'Union européenne
Certaines analyses sont réalisées par des fournisseurs d'IA pouvant être situés hors de l'Union
européenne, notamment aux États-Unis (via OpenRouter), de même que la connexion Google/Apple. Ces
transferts sont encadrés par les garanties du RGPD : Clauses Contractuelles Types et/ou adhésion au
EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Pour l'IA, nous privilégions des prestataires offrant une option de
non-réutilisation de vos données pour l'entraînement.
En utilisant la fonction d'analyse, vous êtes informé(e) que la photo concernée est transmise à un
prestataire d'IA pouvant être situé hors UE, aux seules fins de générer votre analyse.
6. Durées de conservation
Compte, photos, analyses : tant que votre compte est actif
Après suppression du compte : effacement immédiat ; purge des sauvegardes sous 30 jours
Compte inactif : suppression après 24 mois d'inactivité, après information préalable
Statistiques de mesure d'audience : 13 mois (recommandation CNIL)
7. Vos droits
Vous disposez des droits d'accès, de rectification, d'effacement (suppression du compte et de toutes vos
données depuis Profil → Supprimer mon compte), d'opposition à la mesure d'audience (Profil →
Confidentialité → Statistiques d'usage), de limitation, de portabilité (Profil → Confidentialité →
Exporter mes données) et de retrait du consentement. Pour les exercer :

pouvez aussi saisir la CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
8. Sécurité
Vos données sont hébergées dans l'Union européenne et protégées par le chiffrement des échanges
(HTTPS/TLS), le cloisonnement par utilisateur, le stockage des jetons dans le coffre sécurisé du système
et des liens d'images signés à durée limitée.
9. Mineurs
L'Application n'est pas destinée aux personnes de moins de 15 ans sans l'accord de leur représentant
légal.
10. Cookies et traceurs
L'Application n'utilise aucun cookie publicitaire ni traceur inter-applications. Seul un outil de mesure
d'audience (PostHog, hébergé en UE) est utilisé, désactivable à tout moment (§7).
11. Modifications
Cette politique peut être mise à jour. En cas de changement substantiel, vous en serez informé(e) dans
l'Application.

5. Transfers outside the European Union
Some analyses are carried out by AI providers that may be located outside the European Union, in
particular in the United States (via OpenRouter), as is Google/Apple sign-in. These transfers are
governed by GDPR safeguards: Standard Contractual Clauses and/or membership of the EU-US Data Privacy
Framework. For AI, we favour providers offering an option not to reuse your data for training.
By using the analysis feature, you are informed that the relevant photo is sent to an AI provider that
may be located outside the EU, solely to generate your analysis.
6. Retention periods
Account, photos, analyses: as long as your account is active
After account deletion: immediate erasure; backups purged within 30 days
Inactive account: deleted after 24 months of inactivity, after prior notice
Audience-measurement statistics: 13 months
7. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure (delete your account and all your data from Profile
→ Delete my account), objection to audience measurement (Profile → Privacy → Usage statistics),
restriction, portability (Profile → Privacy → Export my data) and withdrawal of consent. To exercise
them: support@miroa.app (reply within one
month). You may also lodge a complaint with your data-protection supervisory authority.
8. Security
Your data is hosted in the European Union and protected by encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), per-user
isolation, storage of session tokens in the system's secure vault, and time-limited signed image
links.
9. Minors
The app is not intended for persons under 15 without the consent of their legal guardian.
10. Cookies and trackers
The app uses no advertising cookies or cross-app trackers. Only an audience-measurement tool (PostHog,
hosted in the EU) is used, which can be disabled at any time (§7).
11. Changes
This policy may be updated. In the event of a material change, you will be informed in the app.

transfery są objęte zabezpieczeniami RODO: Standardowymi Klauzulami Umownymi i/lub przystąpieniem do
EU-US Data Privacy Framework. W przypadku AI preferujemy dostawców oferujących opcję nieużywania Twoich
danych do trenowania.
Korzystając z funkcji analizy, jesteś informowany(a), że dane zdjęcie jest wysyłane do dostawcy AI, który
może znajdować się poza UE, wyłącznie w celu wygenerowania Twojej analizy.
6. Okresy przechowywania
Konto, zdjęcia, analizy: dopóki Twoje konto jest aktywne
Po usunięciu konta: natychmiastowe usunięcie; kopie zapasowe czyszczone w ciągu 30 dni
Nieaktywne konto: usuwane po 24 miesiącach nieaktywności, po wcześniejszym powiadomieniu
Statystyki pomiaru oglądalności: 13 miesięcy
7. Twoje prawa
Masz prawo do dostępu, sprostowania, usunięcia (usuń konto i wszystkie dane w Profil → Usuń moje konto),
sprzeciwu wobec pomiaru oglądalności (Profil → Prywatność → Statystyki użycia), ograniczenia,
przenoszenia danych (Profil → Prywatność → Eksportuj moje dane) oraz wycofania zgody. Aby je zrealizować:
support@miroa.app (odpowiedź w ciągu miesiąca).
Możesz również złożyć skargę do organu nadzorczego ds. ochrony danych.
8. Bezpieczeństwo
Twoje dane są hostowane w Unii Europejskiej i chronione szyfrowaniem transmisji (HTTPS/TLS), izolacją na
użytkownika, przechowywaniem tokenów sesji w bezpiecznym magazynie systemu oraz podpisanymi linkami do
zdjęć o ograniczonym czasie ważności.
9. Osoby nieletnie
Aplikacja nie jest przeznaczona dla osób poniżej 15 roku życia bez zgody opiekuna prawnego.
10. Pliki cookie i mechanizmy śledzące
Aplikacja nie używa reklamowych plików cookie ani międzyaplikacyjnych mechanizmów śledzących. Używane
jest wyłącznie narzędzie do pomiaru oglądalności (PostHog, hostowane w UE), które można wyłączyć w
dowolnym momencie (§7).
11. Zmiany
Niniejsza polityka może być aktualizowana. W przypadku istotnej zmiany zostaniesz poinformowany(a) w
aplikacji.
